As Steve Biko once said, “the mind of the oppressed is the oppressor’s weapon.” He saw cultural colonization as deep enslavement. We cannot be free if we despise our own stories – that is true for every nation on Earth. So, we look at the legacy of that cultural fight, together with Hlumelo Biko, son of Steve Biko.
